FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Straight answers before you source, list or promote.
Quick guidance on marketplace listings, company status, enquiries, comparison and account access.
01Does RoboIchiba sell the products shown?+
RoboIchiba is a marketplace and industry directory. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, the seller—not RoboIchiba—is responsible for the product, price, warranty, delivery and technical claims.
02How are product payments and contracts handled?+
RoboIchiba currently does not collect, hold in escrow or verify buyer–seller transaction funds. Use enquiries and messages to connect, then agree the contract, payment method, invoicing and delivery directly with the supplier. Historical on-platform orders remain accessible for aftercare, refund and reconciliation evidence.
03What do Listed, Verified and Sponsored mean?+
Listed is a free directory record created by RoboIchiba. Verified means the company has claimed its profile and passed a manual identity review. Sponsored is a verified company with an active paid promotion agreement; promotional placement is always labelled. Sponsorship and platform-service fees are separate from product transaction funds.
04Can I compare any three robots?+
You can compare up to three products from the same robot category. Category-specific rows help prevent misleading comparisons between machines designed for different tasks.
05Are prices and specifications guaranteed?+
No. Listings are structured for discovery, but price, currency, tax, freight, lead time, software access and specifications must be confirmed directly with the supplier before purchase.
06How do I contact a supplier or post an RFQ?+
Use Contact Supplier on a product page for a specific item, or post an RFQ when you need a configuration, quantity or deployment outcome that is not yet listed.
07Why is a dashboard feature locked?+
Features depend on your account, company Claim, verification and Sponsor status. A lock explains the required level and links to the relevant upgrade or verification route.
08How are logos and product images handled?+
Companies should upload logos through an authorised Claim or provide permission. Product images must be owned, licensed or authorised. Directory inclusion alone does not imply endorsement.
09How do I report inaccurate or unsafe content?+
Email hello@roboichiba.com with the page URL and a concise explanation. Do not submit credentials, payment data or sensitive identity documents by email.
