LISTING & SAFETY RULES

Evidence before claims. Safety before speed.

These rules apply to robots, parts, services, company profiles and related content published on RoboIchiba.

01

Identity, condition & seller route

Use a truthful identity and accurately select Manufacturer direct, Authorised distributor, Dealer or Individual seller, plus New, Used, Refurbished, Demo, Pre-order or Made-to-order. Do not imply manufacturer authorisation without evidence.

02

Technical and commercial accuracy

Use the category-specific specification fields, state test conditions and identify estimates. Prices, currency, tax, freight, lead time, warranty, software access and included accessories must be clear. Model names and technical source wording may remain in English to avoid ambiguity.

03

Images, logos & intellectual property

Upload only material you own, are licensed to use, or are authorised to publish. A directory record does not imply partnership. Manufacturer logos require an authorised Brand Assets source, a company Claim upload or separate permission.

04

Safety-critical equipment

Do not describe a robot or application as safe merely because a component is certified. Disclose known faults, modifications, battery condition, safety-function limitations and missing documents. Buyers remain responsible for site risk assessment and lawful deployment.

05

Moderation & prohibited activity

RoboIchiba may request evidence, edit categorisation, pause or remove content, restrict accounts and preserve records. Counterfeit goods, stolen equipment, deceptive pricing, unsafe instructions, credential requests and off-platform payment fraud are prohibited.
